Small Thai and Vietnamese street food place offering tasty food at great prices. It's not a huge place for eating in. Ideal for couples or small groups. Bar stool style seating inside with a small number of seats outside. Perfect for a bite to eat before a cinema visit or takeout

We had chicken pad Thai 10/10, chicken Tom yum noodle soup 6/10 not much flavour so I was disappointed, chicken satay a bit dry, the Thai ice milk tea 7/10, moo boo has the best flavour. Saying all this, this place is still worth a visit. The prices are reasonable.

Delicious Thai food cooked right in front of you by a trio of energetic, charismatic chefs, led by a woman whose strength, warmth, and hospitality make the whole experience unforgettable. The lively mix of country music adds to the atmosphere, and if you’re lucky, a sweet toddler might skip past hand-in-hand with Grandma, adding even more charm. It’s a cozy squeeze inside, but without question, the highlight of our trip.

Look, let's be real – this isn't some artisanal, slow-food experience. It's quick, no-frills street food. But here's the thing: when it's made properly (like they do here), that's exactly what you want. I've had enough mediocre takeaway pad Thai to know the difference. Their version? Consistently good. The noodles have that proper chew, it's not drowning in oil, and you can actually taste the tamarind. Is it going to blow your mind? Probably not. But will it satisfy that craving every single time? Absolutely. Same goes for the massaman curry – yeah, it's probably been simmering all morning, but that's how it should be. The flavours have properly developed, the meat's tender, and it's always piping hot when it hits your table. That's all I ask from a quick lunch spot. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Whether I pop in on a quiet Tuesday or a slammed Friday lunch, the quality's the same. The staff clearly know what they're doing – no shortcuts, no dumbed-down flavours. Just solid versions of classics, done properly. So no, you're not getting white tablecloths or fancy plating. But you are getting honest food that tastes like it should, at prices that don't make you wince. In Eatsbourne's sea of mediocre lunch options? That's worth its weight in gold.r unless you enjoy playing table Tetris with strangers

The pork pad Thai was 10/10. Also had the prawn on toast which I had never had before. It was good. The spring rolls were pretty standard. Hard to get them wrong. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is small with bar seating inside and a couple of tables outside but cozy and warm

We ordered a soup and recommended curry, both were tasty however quite thin, luckily I got some rice with it. The food was served fairly quickly and staff were friendly and informative.

I had a quick meal here after deciding between this place and the Vietnamese place on the high street. The staff were friendly and service prompt. I ordered shrimp Singapore noodles and it was a good meal. Maybe the portion size could be bigger as I normally struggle to finish but I ate it all. The prawn toast and calamari were excellent and it was dog friendly. There is seating outside but its noisy, as its right next to the bus stop. A great little place for a quick meal.
